If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Merchandise Authorization:
You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To start the process, you must Contact Us to request an RMA number.

Returns:
You may return a product for any reason, but the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Open or used items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:
To avoid delays, please write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the shipping costs related to returning the item to us.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or other method of payment that you used for the original purchase. The amount refunded will be the price originally paid for the product being returned, including any tax paid for the product, plus a pro-rated portion of the original shipping cost.

Example 1: If your original order contained just 1 item, and you are returning that 1 item, we will include 100% of the original shipping cost in your refund amount.
Example 2: If your original order contained 4 items and you are returning just 1 item, we will include 25% of the original shipping cost in your refund amount.

After we receive and approve the returned item(s) you will receive the refund within a matter of days, based on your card issuer’s policies.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.
